I am stuck on a Dawnguard quest, "Prophet (Dawnguard Side)".

After I rescue the Moth Priest and meet him at Fort Dawnguard, after speaking to Isran (selecting "is the Moth Priest ready?" option), speaking to Dexion gives no dialogue option for him to read the scroll. Matter of fact, the game seems to have deleted the scroll from existence, as Serana does not have it, nor does Dexion.

How am I to proceed if the Scroll no longer exists?

If reloading does not help, enter setstage DLC1VQ03Hunter 200 into the console to complete the quest.

Figured I'd look through the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch thread to see what they changed recently, and low and behold, other people are having the same issue. Reverting back to an old patch (won't work for me, since I use the Steam Workshop for my unofficial patches) or disabling it fixes the issue.

I use the Unoffical Patches and recently with this quest did not have any issues.

But you do not have the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch installed?

I disabled it to progress through the questline. I didn't re-enable it (not sure if I should since other people are experiencing the same issue. See: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1448682-relzwipz-unofficial-dawnguard-patch-thread-4/page-3#entry22813352).
