I've been told http://nifelheim.dyndns.org/~cocidius/dds/ is the website I need to go to, but I just get an error saying I can't connect to it. I downloaded it about two weeks ago but I recently had to reinstall windows. Are there any other places I can go to get it?

I don't want the seperate program, I want the plugin for GIMP.

Just download the gimp-dds-win32-2.0.9.zip archive and extract the files form it into C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins or whatever is the appropriate directory for your install of GIMP
