ok os a while back I removed and deleted a reskinning mod that renamed a few items (salisbury steak to beef jerky for example.)
even though the mod is no longer there, the items remain in game, the reskins are still there and icant find them in the textures or meshes folder on my PC. How do i get rid of these skins? kinda annoying and ruins the immersion when I see abraxo that looks like tide.

Texture folders are in the Fallout 3/Data/Textures folder. Find the folder named for the mod you removed and delete that.

the mods no longer on the nexus TBH with you, I knew where to go but I can't find it. Its apperant ive partially deleted it because half of the retextured items are back to normal. Currently the fancy lads snack cakes are retextured to krispy kreme donuts, potato crisps/junk food look like a box of Lays cram is spam, dandy boys are Oreos.

Well, find the rest. Make sure they arent packaged in a .BSA or anything.
