Dead bodies...

Is it me, or is it right that when you kill some one in a quest days later his body is still on the floor naked… yes I have taken his clothes hahahahahaha.

Is this a bug in the game…

I don't think bodies get refreshed out of the game for at least a week, maybe even a month of in-game time.

EDIT: Which would lead me to believe that Nordic municipalities are really in want of some coroners.

I would actually hope they stay there forever though, LOL. I like to view them as trophies or memories. Like when i pass by this guy "ah yes i had fun killing you" or "oh i remember you got mauled by a bear"

Perhaps if the game 'cleaned them up' quicker, it wouldn't turn into such a mess on the console versions.

There is quite a pile of dragon skeletons in the College of Winterholds courtyard.
In all seriousness it is a good system in case you kill a cave of bandits and want to loot everything. You don't have to worry about the bodies dissappeating by the time you get to a town and back.
