So I already tried emailing Bethesda but got an automated response so that svcks. So I have spent about 40 bucks on lunch boxes trying to collect gold dwellers. Recently I have had a string of bad luck which resulted in a majority of my dwellers being killed and me not having enough caps to bring them all back to life. So I had been trying to slowly revive them but I forgot my phone at home today and when I got back on all most all of my dwellers were gone. I don't mind losing the regular dwellers but I think losing the gold ones is basically stealing money from the users because you only get them in lunch boxes. I'm super pissed off because I lost at least 3 gold dwellers and I want them or my money back.
