Dead to Goldenglow Estate

i just completed the thieves guild quest scoundrels folly for what must be the fifth time, but only just realised one of the quest rewards is the deed to the goldenglow estate. Does anyone know what the actual implications of owning the deed are? Like does it become your home or is there something else

I was all intrigued by "Dead to Goldenglow Estate."
But I'm also intrigued by whether or not owning the deed is significant.

It's not as much a reward as the Goldenglow Bill of Sale isn't removed from your inventory. Nothing changes about Goldenglow Estate, all the items will remain unowned so you can take them freely and the mercenaries will remain hostile.

It looks like at one point, you could sell the deed to Maven, but there's no clear indication of the reward.
