dead money - mod compatibility

1. Can I finish the main story line with the new DLC, is it like the pitt? (please no spoilers for the new vegas AND the dlc, havent played thru both yet :D)

2. Post your mods that are working fine with dead money, I want to start over soon and I wanna install a bunch of those :jammasterjay:

I think it would make more sense to collect mods which are NOT compatible with Dead Money since DM itself doesn't add much to the vanilla wasteland.

Nvamp works, its just that ghosts are super easy to kill now.

Arwen's works, but the new items are not well balanced and of coarse don't have her weapon effects.

The only weather mod I tried was Nevada Skies, it remained active. I would recommend disabling it while in the new worldspaces, otherwise you will lose the stylized Dead Money weathers.

You can somewhat fix that, of course, by forcing rain, cloud, and other weather patterns / settings. It adds a different take on Dead Money's atmosphere. Playing it with forced thunderstorms fit the bill nicely for me.
