i have the ultimate edition of FNV and i finished Old World Blues and i then decided to go onto playing Dead Money. but the thing is when i get to that area and go into the vault nothing happens when i approach the radio. i am using a bunch of mods so im going to go and see if it might be one of the mods that is preventing me from completing this DLC. also as a side note for some odd reason i can not activate any of the workbenches.

Have you tried going outside, selecting the quest for it (Something about the Sierra Madre), then going in and clicking the radio?
