quick question: whats with the goofy sheathe animation? It slows me down cause he like double sheathes the weapon. Also I keep experiencing crashes when I throw weapons. Any ideas?

Reassign DR's dodge key, default conflicts with Oblivion's default ready weapon key (F). Read DragoonWraith's comment for the crashing issue.

Well, it's either reassign the dodge key or the ready weapon key in Oblivion. For dodge, open up DR's ini and search for skycaptainsSb.flipKey then change that. The reset token doesn't seem to work really, might as well disable that in the ini since you're there.

So no more crashes with weapon throw but it does crash when i use combustive convulsion. Help please

Ah, no one has yet to figure out why the spell causes CTD's for some people so not certain what to suggest. Just avoid it for now, it's too overpowered anyway.

I know Omelette couldn't help me on TESNexus, but I'll try asking one more time over here in hopes that someone else has experienced this and/or knows how to fix it. Or at least knows what type of mods this particular issue would be affected by, because honestly, I have no clue and it's the first I've ever heard about it.

When DR6 is active, attacking with my LMB(Or any mouse button) produces 2 attacks in a single click, as if I double clicked. This is only while standing, I swing once when crouched. Attacks bound to the keyboard work normally. Using my mouse software to make a macro for my side button to press my keyboard-bound attack key works fine, although it's a pretty ghetto work-around that I'd prefer not to use lol. I'd like to know what's causing this and how to fix it, short of reinstalling all my mods if possible. Hell, I don't even know if it's even a mod conflict problem, since I tried starting a new game with no other mods but DR6 active and I still double attacked. Disabling DR6 fixes it. The few seconds before the DR6 scripts initialize inside the game, I can single attack with my LMB.

Edit: Oh, same for casting with the RMB, which normally wouldn't matter, but interferes with UVII's charged casting. So, I guess it happens to every mouse-bound action.

If it helps narrow things down, I tried DR5 and mouse attacks works normally there but after playing it for a bit, I'm going back to DR6(And ghetto binding my side mouse key in the mean time)

Almost all mods were installed through BAIN, so I can provide a BAIN package list too if that'll help. Some mods that won't show up in either list(OMOD install and no esp/esm) are stuff like Darnifed UI, HGEC Body, some EVE HGEC replacers for various mods and Sensual Walks Animations, but I don't think any of those can cause this issue anyway.

Also, if it matters, I've already cleaned all the mods that BOSS said were safe to clean too.

I haven't been able to find this issue anywhere, but occasionally when fighting I will use the bash key and I'll collapse. After I get back up, whenever I turn my mouse to the right, my character moves forwards and to the right. So it looks like I'm running in circles, but I'm standing still. It doesn't occur when I'm in 3rd person view.

Hey guys, any fix for the CTD that smooth mentioned? Whenever I get elemental crits (such as freezing a shadow wolf to death) it crashes instantly. This is caused by his freezing corpse. It's weird because this usually doesn't happen outside and only in dungeons (so far) and on random enemies. But at this point I can't progress in a dungeon im in due to the fact that I'm not strong enough to kill the enemies with anything but my frost sword.

Any help is greatly valued!

Nope, don't think there's a solution to that. It's probably a scripting issue. For me, I simply stop attacking once the enemy gets frozen, it only CTD when the attack shatters them.

I've encountered a minor graphical bug with this mod. Whenever I score a Fire critical on an NPC, the 'charred' texture/mesh doesn't seem to apply correctly to their body. It works on their lower bodies, and their heads, but their torso seems to come out completely undamaged..needless to say, this looks pretty odd. Has anyone else experienced this and/or know of a fix?

So I have a funky CTD. I ambush a Goblin, and he doesn't die. I walk up to him and hit the bash button, thinking I can do some special move. I don't know the name of the move, but I put both hands on my sword and am about to stab it into the Goblin before I CTD. Every time I tried to stab him this way, I CTD. Every time without fail. Am I missing a animation or something?

Just a note in case anybody else has the same issue:

If you are uninstalling Deadly Reflex 6, make sure to change oblivion.ini's "fneardistance=0" back to "fneardistance=10". If you don't do this, your UI will break in interesting new ways. This does not get undone by uninstalling through BAIN, you have to edit the .ini yourself.

Ok, so apparently I hadn't fixed it entirely, and it was in the OP anyways. Woops.

However I have a new twist, as it turns out that the messed up UI is also affected by setting your FOV to anything but the default value of 75. So to avoid UI issues make sure your ini looks like this:
fDefaultFOV=75.0000
fNearDistance=10.0000

There are some type of creatures that ctd when spacial moves are preformed on them, there are some types of goblins that should never be killed by impale, it will only cause a ctd.

Hi, i have encountered an issue with this mod.

I installed all the required sources, and done everything the readme says...

The problem is that, now, when i try to start the game via OBMM, the game plays a loop at the main menu....the visual keeps moving around the map, and the ''start new game, load game, etc'' buttons don't appear...so i can't play...

Any idea on why is this happening?

Oh, and wow....it seems that if i disable deadly reflex, the game won't launch at all.

It's either OBGE or the fneardistance setting. Try disabling anti-aliasing for OBGE, if that's not it then set the fneardistance to something other than 0. The readme recommends 0 but that causes issues for some UI setups, I'd go with something like 6.

Edit: As for the game not launching, sounds like a missing masters crash. Make sure you've disabled all DR's .esp and .esm.

I solved the problem by deleting oblivion.ini

One other solution i have found to the Disappearing menu is to disable opening movies AND main menu map loop, doing so solved the problem for me

Anyone found a workaround to the casting spells out of combat causing assault on guards?

Ive had no crashes related to this mod yet.

One other solution i have found to the Disappearing menu is to disable opening movies AND main menu map loop, doing so solved the problem for me
Wouldn't exactly call that a solution, try my suggestions and see if any works for you.
