Okay, so I reinstalled Oblivion on my laptop. This time I added the mod "Deadly Reflex". I've been having some issues with freezing in it. If I grab something, with the z button, (Not putting into inventory, just like swinging it around) and then I throw a punch, it freezes. No button will cause it to unfreeze, so I have to shut down the game.

I have enabled the Horse Combat ESM, so I have yet to see if disabling that will do anything. I only use the Deadly Reflex Combat moves esp.
I only use the official DLCs, Shivering Isles, and Midas Magic. I have tested to see if it freezes without Deadly Reflex, and it seems I can pick up things and punch them just fine.

EDIT: Nevermind, I simply used the OMOD version and now nothing freezes
