Deadric relics

Post » Sun Dec 13, 2009 10:10 pm

I have not been playing for a while but I started playing today and I noticed that I lost all my houses except for two and one of them I stored alot of my stuff in but it is all gone. I have not use the game online so I guess it a glitch. My main question is I need to find the another Deadric Artifact. I had the one I needed but it was in one of the houses I lost. I cant remember where I found it so if anyone else knows where one is i would greatly appreciate the help.

You can visit one of the Deadric Shrines to get a Deadric Quest: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Daedric_Quests

Just out of curiosity, how does one lose a house?

Did you really own the house?
Containers in random houses respawn. Making you lose all content.

The houses remain yours even if you don't have the key or deed in your inventory. The key is only used to open the door for the first time, and after that you don't need it. Go the houses and see if you can go inside.

Not familiar with this bug myself. Have you tried this http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Where_Spirits_Have_Lease?

If you're on PC there are some workarounds with the console.

Did you store the items in Benirus manor before you had completed the associated quest?
I've heard that the entire house resets after the quest. But I may be wrong.

yea I did but it was nothing important thats how I found out the stuff disappeared.but after I finished the quest I started testing it out starting with small useless items (gradually putting big items) they stayed in there the rest if the time until the last time I played that's when I lost them.

I have not heard of your problem before. That usually means it is a mod conflict, however since you are on PS3, that cannot be the case. I am therefore at a loss. Sorry.

Outdoors in the Market District, every single sack of every type is safe except for one - the begger's food bag by the bedroll. Additionally, the hollowed out stump by the Market sewar entrance is safe except for one reset that it undergoes in conjunction with a DB quest.

Thanks. I guess there's really no limit on sack storage, but you'll have issues seeing what is in any given sack if you put too much in?
