Can you reach 100% Operative Status without rebooting your suit?? I'm already at 60% but I'm not gonna reboot yet if I can go to the full 100 first...

If anyone who has rebooted already has any thoughts on this, let me know but I would like an answer from someone who indefinitely knows such as CryAdam or CryTom
