3. Will the PC version of Crysis 2 have DX11?

4. Will the Sandbox Editor be included with game?

1. There will never be vehicles in the tiny multiplayer maps.

2. Crytek will support this game as much as they did the original Crysis (barely).

3. PC version may get half-assed DirectX 11 patched in after launch.

4. Sandbox Editor should be included in the game, but you never know with Consoletek.

1: Vehicle in MP is not confirmed, it is not denied either, I personally doubt it but you never know
2: Seriously doubt it BUT remember what Epic did for GoW adding completely new MP modes, maps and whatnot.

I bet they will release the Sandbox editor with CRYSIS 2 GAME OF THE YEAR EDITION.

so uhm....does anyone know if chapters can be replayed indiviadually in Crysis 2? you know with upgrades and weapons collected from subsequent missions and whatnot?

I don't know, I haven't played the leaked version, which is probably the only way to find out at the moment.

there are a few interviews in which it's hinted at but no confirmations

Considering the fact that the leak was a debugging build, it's a very poor indicator of whether the game will have selectable chapters or not, though Nathan did state in one interview (I think it was for a playstation 3 gaming site) that you'll be able to go back with upgrades. Remains to be seen if it's true or not.

Wish I would've sold it, now nobody in there right mind would buy Black Ops.
(Except for all those 14 and under kids who love it, but alas....they don't have money.)
