» Sat Jan 11, 2014 9:44 am Lately, I've felt that the majority of forum members here have been quite, well, "lame". There are so many people here who I find difficult to respect because of how seriously they take things. It has become a lot more rare to come across a post that's interesting or fun to read, because so much of what I see is negative and ridiculous (funny coming from the guy who made this, right?).
The amount of cynics and humorless members has made this place very dull, which is upsetting because I used to enjoy posting here with the more likable individuals. Not to say that there is a lack of good people on the forums, but the super-serious members have started to drown them out. And then there are the other types of lame forum members that I won't bring up because this thread will become far too offensive and convoluted if I do.
(I also wanted to make this about the lack of any threads that have an interesting topic to discuss, which I've noticed has to do with the strict rule against "politics", but I can't talk about that if I don't want the thread to get locked immediately. Plus, if I made this about multiple subjects then the thread title that I find hilarious wouldn't make much sense.

Anyways, believe it or not, I didn't make this thread just to complain about certain anonymous forum members (well, that was part of the reason). I made it because I find myself doing a certain degree of trolling towards the previously mentioned "serious people" on the forums. For example, I make up and share false opinions simply because I want to see if I can rustle their jimmies, and I rarely bother to make an even semi-serious post with any thought put into it because I hardly care about my reputation here anymore. All of it is just done to get a reliable amusemant out of the forums, which used to be obtained in a natural way.
And, I was curious if there was anyone here who feels the same way as me, or if I'm the only person ever to have possibly had this thought.
