I've been pondering about this for some time. I agree with most of you that fallout should stay as far away as possible from the elder scroll gameplay but their dragons in skyrim might be usefull for fallout in a gamemechanic way of view (be assured I DO NOT want any dragons in fallout)
But the possibility of being attacked from above and making survival in the wastes harder seems a good add in my opinion.
For example: a mutated eagle or bats can attack the player from above ... And I mean really from above ... not just floating two metres (jup european) from the ground as cazadores or boatflies do.
What do you guys think ? I think it would make surviving a bit more difficult and thus more fun and would make for some nice additional quests ...
example: the walls of new vegas can protect against road critters but mutated eagles can fly over and wreak havoc on the streets. After seeing some wastelanders being ripped to pieces in what supposed to be a safe environment you get the task to go destroy their nests ... after which things would become safe again (for a little while)
now It's up to you, the people, to debate this any further
