Rules:
1. No Super characters
2. The Shadow Barrier's armory includes steel weapons and leather armor. You can choose these or different armor and weapons of equal value.
3. No harming of other characters is allowed, unless the person going to be harmed and I have given permission.
4. Personal/backgound sub-stories of your character are wanted.
5. The story takes place 8 years after the events of the Oblivion game.
6. There are magical skills, so be reasonable on how much magic you use. Don't cast the same spell over and over
7. PM me your character sheet before posting
8. I have a unique skill system and you will be able to choose more skills later in the game. (description below)

Character setup:
Each character can pick three skills with which he is very proficient in. As listed above, There will be character advancements in the RP, so you can choose more skills. I will list the skills here. Please remember there are still birthsigns, so keep this in mind when selecting skills. PM me any ideas for a skill
Non-magic:
Potions- Ability to make Potions and Poisons out of ingredients found in the world
Dual wield- Ability to use two weapons while fighting
Sniper- Ability to shoot the bow with excellent precision, and increased range
Farsight- Ability to see much farther than other characters
Stealthy-Ability to sneak around better than most
Trapper- Ability to set traps
Lockpick- Ability to pick locks
Athletic- Ability to jump higher, and run faster than other characters.
Duelist- Excels at parrying and similar combat techniques.
Weapon Throwing- Specializes in throwng daggers or knives.
Magic:
Paralyze- Ability to make an enemy unable to move, or attack for 10 seconds
Elemental Projectile- Ability to cast a elemental projectile, which harms enemies in a 10 ft. radius
Charm- Ability to get information from NPCs
Life Detect- Ability to see others through magic, this power allows character to see past walls for living organisms
Slow- Ability to slow enemies
Heal- ability to heal allies, and yourself.
Telekinesis- Ability to lift and move objects with the use of magic
Summon aid- Ability to summon a revenant that uses either ranged or melee attacks (whichever you prefer)
Invisibility- ability to go invisible for 10 seconds
Push- Pushes a enemy 10 feet awat from you.

The following is the character format, and I will make my character using it:
Name: Daren
Race: Bosmer
Age: 26
Eyes: Green
Appearance: Daren has brown hair and a young face which resembles many from his homeland of Valenwood.
Personality: Daren is loyal to Valenwood and any that would oppose this loyalty are bogged down by words of opposition from the young Bosmer. He hates the Empire and everything associated with it.
Birthsign: The Lord
Class Skills: Stealthy, Weapon Throwing, and dual wield
Weapons and armor: Two steel katanas and three iron daggers hidden under a black robe which is covering a full set of leather armor
Biography: Daren grew up in Valenwood and grew sick of the Empire's attempts at what they thought was "modernizing" the province. He left when he turned 18 and swore that he would somehow get rid of the empire and return to Valenwood when it had been cleansed. He left Valenwood to study the various races of Tamriel, desiring to understand why they put up with the Empire. He stumbled upon the Shadow Barrier's lair during his expedition to Black Marsh after he had lost his way on the road. He has promised his allegiance to the them ever since.
I won't be able to answer any PM's until Wednesday, so that is when we will start.
