This happened while doing Broken Steel DLC quests so if you've not yet played them don't read on!

So I just completed the first quest "Death From Above" and stared the second one "Shock Value". I just got the Deathclaw Control Scrambler and decided, before heading to the Olney Powerworks, that I'd fast travel to Megaton to sell some of the stuff I'd picked up at Moira's. So I get to Megaton and start heading up the ramp on the right when I hear shooting behind me. I turn around and there's about five Megaton settlers shooting at this Deathclaw! They managed to take it down and I think only one megaton settler lost his life.

It was such a random moment and, I know it's most probably Fallout being Fallout and glitchy, made me think about how life in the wasteland would be. Anyway, I've attached a picture below of the dead Deathclaw in Megaton if you'd like to take a look! Just thought I'd post this here.

Haha, erm no? I think I was just followed by a deathclaw.

Be careful.... that Deathclaw WILL respawn sometimes. If you run into Megaton while being chased by enemies... some of them will follow you in.

Maybe subconsciously you were just tryin' to liven up the place. :celebration:
