Decapitation Perk Question

Will this be a perk only dedicated to human/mer NPCs?

Or will beasts also be effected by the Decapitation Perk?

You know that is good question. I mean, it would be pretty cool to decapitate a frost troll :D

I'd also like to decap a troll. Or even a Sabertooth.

I have another decapitation question:

Can we pick up and collect heads? Throw them even? I ideally I want to start a pile just outside my front door...

This is more less a speculation thread. Not looking for anything "official" until someone asks Pete... Pete might not even know either.

In Fallout you could blow the heads off of creatures. Seems reasonable to assume they'll use the same approach to creature models in Skyrim.

That'd be cool and Disturbing.
i would take a head of a Werewolf and Put it above my Toilet :D
