Today, we finally got the cover. And together with it, came a few mysterious words, using our knowledge and intuition, let us translate it.

The symbol with two horizontal lines and a dot on top of it (seen at the end of the first word) is repeated. A LOT.
It's most likely a vowel, most likely "e".

Gstaff said later in the day we will be given Decryption tools to decipher the passage :/ its not a known langage / characters in the TES series. Turns the Page posted a screenshot of an Akaviri passage with characters, but they have no resemblance to what is on the Cover (not connected vs connected characters)

Yes, and not only it repeats itself a lot, it also looks like an "e". On the second line, the third word reminds me of "the"
