Hey all, I was wondering how I could decrease the rate at which skills level? If that is too difficult, is there a way which I could increase the skills needed to level up from 10 to 15?

There is gamesetting which controls that. You could make your own mini mod to do it. Alternatively, you could change the per use numbers under Character/skills.

Would I just lower the "use value" in character/skills?
