I spend friggen ages scrapping all the vehicles in some settlements, I don't want to build more. :nope:

I just want more of a selection of nicer flat walls (specifically one with a door frame and window), that you can attach floor tiles too.

Ability to tame animals and creatures (with high charisma) to guard settlements (count towards settler total) would be great. Deathclaw guards FTW.... Who doesn't want this?

Even better would be having a super mutant behemoth as a guard (counts as 5 settlers)

While I certainly want more settlement items and improved settlement control I would rather see most of this added along with a proper DLC, perhaps the items you listed are automatically patched to all players with the release of a DLC regardless if they purchase it or not.

Unless of course it's a DLC that lets us create and manage our own faction, complete with a robust management and ability to create a raider faction, or a slaver faction, or a benevolent peaceful faction, or a totalitarian empire that rivals the enclave.

I'd like to build mannequins, weapon displays, more wall lights, Christmas and Halloween decorations along with the other items listed.

ETA. Except for the vehicles since I scrap them. I'd also like to be able to get a pet cat in my settlements.

I want to build torture rooms and get slaves. I hope Beth adds that.

I just want my items like my liquor not falling through the concrete floor of the castle and disappearing forever. Settlements turned me off for 2 reasons. The other reason is when I miss a "defend (x) settlement" and it gets destroyed even with 100 defense. [censored] settlements.

There are mods for most of that. I want some settlement DLC, but as far as actual buildable items are concerned, I'd be content with just some different doorway options, lockable doors/containers, and wall sections with windows. The rest of the settlement stuff I'd like to see fixed has more to do with the actual mechanics of building things.

Regarding the Institute/teleport return pad thing...you can already do that. Just build the fast travel mat. Wherever you place that is where you return to upon returning from the Institute.
