I tried to change my nickname from keithweisshar to KeithWeisshar and it got renamed to KeithWeisshar1 and when I try to change it back to keithweisshar it still switched to keithweisshar1 replacing KeithWeisshar1. I switched default profile to keithweisshar1 and it worked but when I try to switch default profile back to keithweisshar with the same password it says password does not match this profile. Is it possible to have the password reset for the original keithweisshar profile so I can switch back to it and then consolidate the account as a master account named keithweisshar. Also why is there a delete account button on the settings page. There is a warning that the nickname and email address cannot be used again once the account is deleted and will I lose access to the multiplayer game if this button is clicked. Is the CD key permanently bound to the account? Is there a way to have my nickname changed to KeithWeisshar instead of keithweisshar? My master account is keithweisshar1 and the in-game account is keithweisshar. I'm having an issue consolidating the account. When I try to enter the password for the master account and the same password for the in-game account in the consolidation page I get an error message password does not match for the in-game account even though the password is the same when I login within the game.
