Is there something that I can change in the isi file or download a mod that'll make you run by default when you first start up the game? I just find it a tad bit annoying to always hit the run button when I start up,

You have to press a button.

Press Caps Lock (by default config) while the game is loading. Press it again when your Save file is done loading.
