Is there a way to prevent Mandy from being hostile because I want to choose the option to side from her but when I went to obtain guidance chip she was already hostile and there was no dialogue option. Please advice ?

go back to a previous save or look up console commands on how to do quest, but keep in mind doing so you can break the game. Also look up factions.

I'm on Xbox so no console commands

I want to work with Mandy but every time during the quest I have to confront her she just turns hostile she doesn't provide any dialogue options
