Definitions needed for '+50% damage against' modifier

These mods on weapons are kinda cool, but I'm having a hard time finding any solid info on what they each work against. For example, does +50% damage against robots include synths, too? Or not? Also, does +50% damage against animals include radscorpions, deathclaws and mirelurks, too? I haven't seen a +damage mod specifically for mutated/abomination animals (just against super mutants, specifically), so I'm hoping the they are classified as animals for that specific mod. Anyone have hard info on this stuff?

Not sure about the robot one but the animals one wouldn't include mirelurks as there's a "+50% against bugs and mirelurks" enhancement there as well.

I'm guessing robots will only be Assaultron, Eyebot, Miss Nanny, Mister Gutsy, Mister Handy, Protectron and Sentry bot. Really unsure if Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3 Synths are included in that lot. I'm 90% sure Radscorpions are bugs and Deathclaws are animals.

Assassin's - Does 50% more damage against humans.

Exterminator's - Does 50% more damage against Mirelurks and bugs.
Ghoul slayer's - Does 50% more damage against ghouls.
Hunter's - Does 50% more damage against animals.
Mutant slayer's - Does 50% more damage against Super Mutants.
Troubleshooter's - Does 50% more damage against robots.

Creatures seem to be either insects, mirelurks or animals. Even though they are all animals :teehee:
Super Mutants and ghouls are obvious (or does Super Mutant enchantment apply to Mutant Hounds? :huh:).

Synths (as well as turrets) i'd imagine count as robots, since there is no specific enchantments for them.

Well, i bet there's an ordered list in the esm with all the affected creatures listed for each effect, and i can check this with F4Edit.
Edit: if there is, i can't find it :shrug:

take the + 50 % weapon and compare it to a normal version of the same weapon , in vats it should show the difference if one does more damage or not

Synths do not count as robots, they can be intimidated with the wasteland whisperer perk so they are classified as abominations and not robots, the rad scorpions, and all bugs are animals but deathclaws are also abominations.

Yeah, forgot about that creature class, weird there's weapon enchantment to do more damage against them.

Fun fact, in New Vegas, Mr. House was also classified as an "abomination" ;)

You raise a good point about Mutant hounds. Are they an animal, a supermutant, both, or neither?
