Okay, so I've recently started a second character - good old sword n' board warrior - and after taking the Deflect Arrows perks I'm noticing that arrows still fly right into me. Shield up, arrow connecting right on my shield, I still take full damage... opposed to no damage. Even before the perk, if I'd block an arrow I'd take full damage, not reduced damage. Is it just me, or is the blocking 'area of effect' exceptionally tiny? I don't get the blocking sound effect from arrows at all.
