Okay today i was killed by someone with the deflection module. Does anybody know how to get it ? Also they were using 4 modules instead of 3.

i think its a death streak perk but im not sure been wondering what it is for a while now

It is a death streak, I think you get it after you die 3 or 5 times without killing an enemy. I've got it a handful of times thanks to 1 red bar connection. Very embarrassing.

Deflection is not much of a perk as it doesn't make you anything near invincible. You can take a few extra shots, but you'll die just as easy with it as you will without it.

I've had it, I've killed people with it. Other than the neat animation it doesn't seem to change much.
