whats it with "deflection"? (MP!)
sometimes it shows up right after your suit modules are being displayed when you get spawned.
is this a special "price" you can get by killing X poeple or absorbing demage in armor mode etc?

Sometimes when I play multiplayer and I want to kill someone with a sniper rifle, my sniper scope is disrupted.
Its hard to aim and give a shot to someone, who had this disruption ability. My question is, how can I learn this skill, to disrupt enemy scope, when he's trying to aim me?

It's called Deflection. You get it when you die 5 times in a row.
