I've said it before and will say it again: if and when there will be [censored]-ups on early access and launch, only think I hope is that the missions won't bug like crazy like they did even this beta still. I wanna be able to run thru the content I cleared already fast and smooth to get to new stuff :P But then again if not missions bugging out, might be access to the game or something which is equally as bad; to wait in a queue or whatever.

But I will meditate the next couple of weeks so I will be mentally ready ;D And if all else fails, I have a winter vacation so gonna stack up muchos cervezas in the fridge to go with my single malt whiskey and I have myself a party while waiting for the game to sort it's crap out :D

The forums are no place to get any realistic impression of users and numbers, in the vast majority of cases a game forum is only actually representative of a very small amount of the playerbase, beta forums are not different most of the time. Gamers (well people in general) find it alot easier to complain than they do to complement, the forums will always be heavily swayed toward the negative aspects because that is human nature.

I am not saying their aren't problems and bugs, but you speak for yourself and potentially the people you know and/or see on the forums, that is unlikely to be a majority figure. State your opinion ... fine, state your likes / dislikes ... fine, but don't try and put YOUR opinion across as that of the majority :D

On another note, and as betas go, from my experience this has been a relatively smooth one. I have been playing MMOs and beta testing games for 15-20 years (roughly) and have seen games in a considerably worse state when they were released.

really can`t give a flying [censored]. i dont care when it is going to be released. today tomorrow 14 days from now.. i will play it and i will enjoy it. its an mmo which means that many things can and probably will change after release even major stuff so bugs are not important to me the only important thing to me are the game mechanics(the only part of a game that cannot change) and i like them.

It just wouldn't be TES if it wasn't filled with bugs.

Hahah, People said same think 2 weeks ago when i opened similiar thread. And that version we played 2 weeks ago was outdated by 2 months. Interestingly, I have encountered more bugs in this version. Thats probably because they allowed next maps in this one, but thinking of level 20-50 maps...

Yes, No mmo released without bugs. But not this much, amount of bugs they have right now is just too much. Look at skyrim, they did same think and now there are alot of bugs. I have played thief 4 and i couldnt even find single bug.

There's a simple way to solve this issue.

If you don't think the game is ready yet for release: Don't buy it and wait until it gets more patches and updates.

Meanwhile people who are satisfied with the current state of the game and are willing to play the game ,however bumpy the ride in the first few months may be, can do so.

Development of an mmo is a never ending process anyway.

Problem with these people is that they don't understand that releasing a game where all the first dungeons are bugged and 30-50% of the first zones quests are bugged will result in the game dying off faster than normal..

Short sighted and possibly selfish.

What this guy said. I did have several bugged quests but completed dozens more. These can be fixed by the live team.

It's not perfect, but neither was oblivion, morrowind or skyrim at launch or for a while after. Nor were EQ, UO SW:g or DAOC.

Overall it's pretty solid. Just my 2 coin. :)

I get the feeling there's a bit of exaggeration going on here. I've done majority of the quests for AD and EP up to level 10 or 11 or so and pretty sure I completed all, but one I had to log out and in a couple of times. Also with DC seems a few more were buggier and was maybe 4 or so that seemed pretty buggy. I'm pretty sure that even if there was 10 of them total counting ones I may have missed that there was more than 30 quests between the 3 factions. :)

So yeah... as they say 93% of all statistics are made up on the spot and throwing random percentages out there don't make a very good point and just make it hard for others to take it seriously.

I am patiently waiting for the xbox one, I am in no rush as long as they make the game as good as they can for the consoles.

As i said before, I have played Starwars Galaxies for almost 10 years. Efven then that game was not ready for launch, but i liked it a lot.

TESO is ready. And i cannot wait for launch in 2 weeks. As most MMO's, they fix as they go. And i am content with what i have seen up to lvl 16.

I have a solution for you. Don't play the game on release. The rest of us will gladly ignore the minor issues this game has and enjoy playing, and you can join us when you feel it's ready

I had a few bugged quests, was teleported into the sky twice. A bit of lag sunday afternoon in Cyrodiil. Other than that it has been a smooth ride - there is still time to the release so I trust more quests will be fixed. I don't see any reasons for delaying the launch.

There werent that many bugs, but I agree they are annoying. Sometimes you could log in and out and it would correct itself. Sometimes it wouldn't. DC has more bugs right now than the other two factions from what I've played this weekend. I imagine they will be fixed by launch, probably simply having more instances up and running would alleviate some of those bugs I think. I do not necessarily like how some quest mobs seem to like people moving away before they spawn however, since that can be an easy way to screw with people.

To be honest, this is on par with every MMO launch I've ever participated in. I'm guessing the OP has not participated in a beta and launch before. The most successful MMO of all time, WoW, had gamebreaking bugs for the first 2-3 months of the game. It turned out fine.

They will not delay the game just because a few hundred out of the two million beta players say so. But if it makes you feel like you're accomplishing something, please continue.

The problem is not that the quests are buggy. Play them at 3 or 4 am and they're running smoothly.

The problem is that the developers phasing tech cannot handle massive amounts of people and just breaks down. They are in way over their heads and they know it.

Overall, the game is more than playable. A few buggy quests are no reason to stop launch. We have bugs, yes. But I haven't been in one single game release where we didn't have to be patient now and then. That's the price for being pioneer in a game.

For me, I will reserve opinion on whether it was the right time when I experience whether customer support is live and kicking, giving you a feeling that they work on your issue.

The game can't be delayed and despite the bugs it is a superb game. My concern is solely that the quests are breaking down and forcing repeated logins to work and this will impact on sales. The phasing technology is not working properly but it's too late to stop. But they really gotta get a grip on the issues because it's going to be a massive negative if it isn't sorted for launch.

I can't agree with the solution, but I sure agree with the problem. The sheer number of quests where the objective fails to spawn is staggering, and I simply can't imagine they'll have this thing ready to go in two weeks.
