Not the same case as a previous post that i saw in this page. I'm trying to help a friend that accidentaly delete an vanilla actor from a cell.

Actor: BrotherVerulus
Cell: Markarthhallofthedead

For that reason, now, quest "DA11intro" never start.


The problem is:

- In Object Windows, Brother Verulus has "0" on his Count panel. If i open "Use Info", says that he was used in cell "Hall of The Dead".

- In this cell, there is no "Brother Verulus".

- If i just load Skyrim master field, there is a BrotherVerulusREF in the cell.

- If i try to change Reference Editor ID of BrotherVerulus to BrotherVerulusREF in my mod, a message pop-up saying that BrotherVerulusREF already exist.

Don't know what's going on... :S

get tes5edit.

open your mod with it, navigate to the cell brother verulus originally is in, there'll be an entry for him saying "deleted", delete this whole entry, save.

tes5edit also makes it easier to find where the guy actually is if you're not sure, as only cells you changed are listed, so, since changing him = changing the cell he's in, you'll find him somewhere under "cells" or "worldspace", depending if he's in an int or ext

is it normal that there is no "deleted" entry?

EDit: but, at the same time, there is no Brother Verulus in the cell view list.
