Deleted My Save

I accidentally deleted my save in game, is there any possible way to recover it?

You may be able to recover it through Windows shadow volume if you are using Vista/7. Use http://www.shadowexplorer.com/ to see what files are able to be recovered.
Or http://www.piriform.com/recuva may help you as well, though try the shadow volume first.

Where are the saves saved to?

The saves are located in My Documents>My Games>Fallout3>Saves
