Deleting games from PS4 HDD

Post » Wed May 21, 2014 4:43 pm

On the PS4 if you delete a game that's installed to the HDD, does it also delete the save files for that game or would you have to delete them separately?

I know on the 360 you can delete the game but keep the saves for when you want to install and play the game at a later date.

M'aiq believes that is also deletes the saves as well, he may be wrong though.

He is a Xbox type of Khajiit.

Thanks guys, it would have been really out of order if it did also delete the saves. My 360 has only 240GB, compared to the PS4s 500 but most games average around 6GB on the 360, where as on the PS4 it's more like 40GB

Ha, ha - that's a downside - i know...

After a couple of months, somebody should consider to buy a 1TB HDD. lol (a 1TB WD Blue 2.5" costs 76 bucks.)
