Alright, so I try to get the delivery quest from Aeri, but the dialog doesn't come up. I know that having another quest of the same type can conflict with that, so I checked my journal. It said I had no other delivery quests. So why won't she give me the quest dialogue?

Is Skald still the Jarl?
