Delphine getting on my nerves.

I don't hate her. She usually sides with me and hates the Thalmor almost as much as I do. Got nothing against the blades either.

But one thing I don't agree with is killing someone (or some creature), or she wont ever talk to me again...like evar.

Edit: I don't want to spoil it for those who havent done the main quest up until season unending. But you know what I mean.

So dont click on this link. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Paarthurnax_%28quest%29

As a fellow thu'um master, I cannot disrespect the Greybeards. I would also be disrespecting Odhaviing in way too.

If you're playing on pc, there's a mod called The Paarthurnax Fix that let's you tell Esbern to pound salt. It's in the Steam Workshop, but may be elsewhere too.

I don't blame you. I was pretty happy to be rebuilding the Blades at first, until I realized just how skewed their priorities were.

I know what you mean. I never played console until june 2013. I was really sad about not being able to mod again like I did in Oblivion, Half Life 2 etc.

The Greybeards helped me. The leader of the Greybeards helped me. All that Ms. Bossy wanted me to do was kill dragons. I did not like her attitude, and she was not there for me as the Greybeards were. So I always chose the Greybeards side. Just like in the beginning of the game. The imperials want to cut my head off just for crossing the border, and then want me to join them. Bull. I go with the Stormcloaks.

Yep, "Hey go kill that dragon and anger all the people that actually helped you well I stood here and bossed you around"

Ya... how about no.

For someone who has, Quote:" Sworn to protect the dragonborn."

She's very keen on YOU killing dragons and getting you to infiltrate a certain location where discovery would mean certain death! :stare:

^^This

I look at it this way.

The Greybeards are up front, give you shout words, welcome you into their home with open arms, and give you places to find other words walls. Their leader even helps you by giving you another shout word, and the means by which to kill his own brother.

Ms. Bossy gives you orders, and the only thing she gives you is "the wall", and then tells you to go and kill the one thing that helps you get to the "otherworld" cause if you do not, you can go away and do not come back.

Greybeards = word walls and kindness

Ms. Bossy = just go kill some dragons

Ya I always just used the console to set her too non essential so I could kill her. Cant leave them alive to possibly cause problems for the ones who actually helped me in the future.

I've been meaning to get around to trying that one. Still so many games to get around to playing an not enough time steam sales certainly don't help with that.

The reason I consistently choose to deny Delphine isn't based on what each group did for me, but cause i liked Paarthurnax too much.
