I'm on the road with Delphine. We come across some Thalmor thugs escorting a prisoner. As standard policy, all Thalmor must die. So I apply my axe to the back of one's head... and then Delphine starts shooting arrows at me.

Makes no sense.

I had the same happen, only involving Legionaries escorting a Stormcloak prisoner.

My best guess at the time was the Blades are still counted as an Imperial faction (even if outlawed, since they support it or such) and turned on me as I wasn't acting pro-Imperial.
