So I went to the Ragged Flagon to fence an ass-load of stuff, and on Delvin's table were two notes, one about a warning from vex, and another about a shipment of glass arrows. I talked ot him and I couldn't say anything about the arrow shipment, so I wondered how to get them, if at all possible.

I searched all over for those dang arrows, I couldnt find them
