I tried to play the demo, which can still be downloaded via Steam. But there a no servers anymore.
I was really interested in the game, but i never buy a shooter without playing it (stupid motion sickness)

And it is also a warning for me, no demo before the buy -> bad game.

there was a demo/beta out for ages, your loss.

Same thing for me, loaded the demo from steam only to find out I have to make another bloody account to some service to even try it. then finding out there are no servers.

But I'm stupid sop I didnt give up, downloaded the demo again from xbox live for my xbox360 to find out I need to be gold member to try the bloody demo, so I use a time code, only after that it tells me the demo has ended.

if there is a deadline for your stupid demo, take the downloads down after the time ends!

Dude, You missed the demo by a few weeks, and it's not a bad game. If you want to try Crysis, try playing the Crysis 1 Demo, I think it's still some where on the net, it's a SP demo, and it's all most the same game, just different controls. Also, I'm sick and tired of posts like this "No sell for you" who gives a ****.

I'm venting my frustration of having wasted my time and bandwidth downloading a demo that is up but does not work anymore. When there is no reason not to keep a couple demo servers up even after launch. Not all potential customers know about the games upcoming releases months before. I liked crysis 1 and just found out about this sequel just today - there being a demo in steam when I logged in there after a long while.

if the thing does not work anymore take it down so people don't waste their time

I've downloaded the demo right on the first day, but there were troubles with the servers

You, go to YouTube! There is **** tons of Crysis 2 videos.

Also, you don't need a stupid demo to judge if a game is good or not, just watch some of the Game Play videos, and ask your friends who have the game, or people you know. Take it from me, I'm a guy who is all about Halo, and other FPS games, and Crysis is one of the best so far, it's one of few games that I'm playing over and over again, and is planing on getting a PC copy some day. The Campaign is fun, MP is alright in my book, silencers are annoying but alright. And when Crytek releases the editing kit, then the real fun will start.

But, if you still say that you're not going to buy it. Then leave, no one is going to miss you, I don't think any one at Crytek is going to lose sleep over one person not buying their game.

But if it's for your ego uggazew... your are the best!
