I personally felt like the sound overall was ok:

The lightning could have used some work, i believe that they are using one very similar to Oblivion.
The weapons were alright, couldn't really get a feel of it since he barely used them apart from that fight with the shield guy. Although this can always be a tricky subject.
The shouts were kinda weird, some were low, others were higher. I though that even if your using a weaker version of the shout he would still... shout it
The ambient sound, i really hope its good because after i do a 1st playthrough, i wanna try to a entire play with no music and just ambient sound.
