Your loss.
Elder Scrolls games really aren't the kind of games you can squeeze into a demo... and even if you could, they're the kind of games you should only really judge after 5-10hrs of gameplay, not 1hr or less.
Indeed, there's not going to be a demo, because it just would not be feasible to create a demo that can acurately show you what an Elder Scrolls game is like, considering the series relies heavily on its open world exploration, which you can't show in a demo, trying to make a demo for it would be pointless. If you won't buy the game without playing a demo, then that's too bad, I guess you won't play the game at all, though I don't see why that would be necessary, you could always try reading some reviews or people's opinions of it before buying it, you don't have to buy every game as soon as it's released. Granted, there's no guarentee that you'll agree with what every player or critic says about it, but at least that way you're less likely to be dissappointed then if you just go out and buy the game without seeing if people liked it or not first. Or if you happen to have a friend who has it, then that simplfies things, you can go visit him and ask if you can play the game on his PC or console for a bit, that basically amounts to the same thing as a demo, except what limits what you can see of the game is how much time you actually have to play it, not how much of it is included.
