Demolition Expert

Could someone on the PC be kind enough to check the weapons Demo. Expert applies to? My Annabelle and Fat Man don't seem to have changed after taking the perk. After looking it up at the wiki, I found contradicting info.
Thanks in advance.

They don't work on the missile launcher or fatman.

The form list in the geck says it works on:

1. All the 'nades.
2. All the mines.
3. All the grenade launchers.

It does not list:

1. Missile launchers
2. Fat men.
3. Non-mine placed explosives.

C4 and time bombs are not listed. Why not? I can marginally undertand missile launchers and fat men, but C4? Hrumph! What's more demolitiony that C4? Nuthin' I tell ya! NUTHIN'!!!!!!!

To Josh Sawyer, if you ever read this: Please fix this bug!! New Vegas is turning me away from explosives every time I approach them, whether it's because of glitches or lack of power (pre-patch). Since no other crowd control options exist in the game, I want to use explosives really badly. I know you guys are working on future patches, so please take this into consideration.

Hey, Baps, I feel ya, but it's not that bad. I'm runnin' a 'slosives chucker right now also to see how the new toys work. I gotta tell ya, they're not that bad. They're a helluva lot better than before. I'm mainly using grenade launchers (and a TON of TNT early) but I'm OK with how they work. I don't even have Demo Expert yet. I do plan on using the missile lauchers and fatmen a bunch this time. That's the main thing I wanted to see, so maybe I might change my tune. But right now, I'd have to say they're not that bad, and they're a lot better than before.

Yeah, Annabelle, even without Demo. Expert is still better than Thump-Thump with all three Demo. Experts. Who knows, maybe it was a balance thing?

I think it was all about blast radii. I remember Josh talkin' about how the damage drop-off from center of blast was exponential. Increasing the radius could have some pretty serious effects on observed damage since it's rare to actually hit something with a 'nade and higher blast damage further out would *make* them seem more powerful. Maybe he changed the blast damage formulae "under the hood" so that the taper off of damage is less.

So, Annabelle with Splash Damage (which is actually working now, I take it?) and HE missiles is pretty amazing, despite not getting the Demo. Expert bonus.

Sorry for a double post, but after looking at the wiki, it seems Fat Men are affected by Demo. Expert, even though the PC users have said there is no listing for them in the game files. Odd...

For PC users, Community Bug Fix is on Nexus. This is why I play on PC cuz modders are doing the programmers' jobs FOR THEM!
