I own Fallout 3 on PC and PS3 and i noticed that on the PC version if you go to Fairfax Ruins a black ''demon'' will follow you. I don't really think it looks like a demon but on youtube videos thats what most people call it. It's basically alot of black lines moving really fasst and they follow you. Has anyone ever had this glitch on PS3 or XBOX 360 ?

It's a problem with the Havok physics system. Best I can figure is a dead ragdoll recieves a giant impulse of force, and it bounces around inside the body to such a degree it starts flying around all crazy like. What is it? It's basically something dead that's moving really fast.
