Denis Crocker in the vegas strip is just gone. He's not in his office or anywhere in the building. Does he appear in other places on the map besides his office? Because he's nowhere in the ambassy.

Also, is this because i've done say 5-6 Quests for Mr. House and I can't revert over to helping the NCR?

Also if this helps at all - I did the mission with Mr. House to upgrade his Robot things. So would this restrict me from going with anyone else now?
