I wanted to use TESDTK but can't get it to run on my Windows 7 machine - it requires a Java 2 run-time environment - however the exe. that cam with it says it can't be opened anymore?

TESDTK has some nice features like converting to esp or esm and removing dependencies - I would like to remove a Tribunal dependency that I have inadvertently added to a mod

Is there any other tool I can use to do this please?

And no spammers please (I'm looking at you Wolli) insisting that I don't need to remove the dependency - I am working with dialogue and want to clearly differentiate the Tribunal dialogue from the Morrowind dialogue
