Desert Rose OOC thread 2

Post » Sun Nov 07, 2010 10:24 pm

Pretty much all you've missed is what's going on in the Elseweyr group. All us Valenwood-ers have gone to sleep.... Just awaiting morning.......waiting.....waiting....waiting...... Yeah, I'm not very patient...... :P

Why don't the Valenwood people just ask Schmuty to timeskip forwards for you guys? It's not likely that our groups will be meeting any time soon so I'm sure if you're half a day ahead of us, it won't be too much trouble to get us all back on the same timeline once our groups begin to converge.

Can I? If so, I'm doing it :P Nah, but it's a good thing I didn't miss much. I think I'll post tomorrow when my creative juices are running more smoothly(after riding rollercoasters for nearly 8 hours, all I wanna do is sleep). Maybe I'll jump the time up and make us Valenwood'ers be in the morning, whilst the Elsweyr people finish up their night time stuff.

Yeah, I guess I'd be sleepy too. Hope you had fun!

We'll have to ask Schmuty if we can, but I would love to do it, if it's allowed. Still, I would want to wait until we have the permission of our leader.

I'll get a post in today, at some point, in between the vast quantities of college work I have to do :(

Ah, well.... At least it's not moving so fast I can't keep up! I'd rather it be a little slow than incredibly fast! :teehee:

Nop, no morning sir!

And yes, I agree Lady Syl, if it goes too fast we don't even have time to know what's going and spend a lot of time catching up! >.<

Good morning folks. And why do I feel the Elseyerian folks are unenthusiastic?

Well, it was going really fast, until the weekend hit... It's slowed down quite a bit the last couple days....

I know... I hope it balances out from last week and the weekend, to a good pace that's neither too fast nor too slow....

Indeed.

I actually wonder. Will we be staying at the fort, or do we travel further to Valenwood ? with the Elsweyrians on our heels ?

Oh, that would be nice! You know, maybe an evolution, we assault the fortress (which btw, I always thought was some kind of wooden pallisade surrounded camp, some wooden watchtowers as well, perhaps some shacks) and maybe drive you out, and then you run further into the wild dragging the prisoner (I don't really know why you keep him by the way, I'll assume it is something important enough for you to try not to lose him), while we go on a chase through the jungle/forest! :D

And yes, a balance would be eeeexcelent! Haven't posted since Saturday :sadvaultboy:

Indeed. A counter-attack by the khajiiti forces. They attack us and we retreat with the valuable prisoner with them hot on our backs. And what are we going to name this commande anyways? He needs a name instead of "Leader" or "Commander" or "Mane".

Indeed, indeed. As for a name, hmm.... I'll look some up and run them by everyone. Maybe we can vote on a name?

Maybe votes would be cool yeah. But I don't know what the GMs plan in terms of storyline and such, maybe they have something to say?
