Drain stamina, drain health.....are they worth it? Not going to start a debate between destruction.

Personally, I don't think so. Others will debate the merits of frost magic, but you will be up against a lot of resistances. Might as well just blow them up with a fireball instead, dead targets also have 0 stamina available to use.

The frost one does help with kiting mobs at times. But usually you want sparks or flame

Ever seen a slow-mo flying dragon? Or a dragon that can't shout? A mage that gets stuck in the trying to cast animation but can't?
