This forum thing is really great. My last question was quickly answered, so I will try another one.
The masters for Destruction (Bralsa Andaren) and Sneak (Marana Rian) training got themselves killed before I was able to get through the lower level training. I’m already a master at all the skills, so this does not matter but these two quests are still open. When I was reading up on some other hints, there is a “resurrect” command. I tried it but it did not seem to work.
Is this one of those things I should let go or is there a way to bring them back?

Are the characters in front of you or have they disappeared?

If they are gone you′ll need their respective RefID in order to get them back.
Bralsa Andaren′s RefID is 0018B121
Marana Rian′s RefID is 0001DA97

Type like this in the console to get Bralsa back:
resurrect 0018B121 1

But if they are dead you should have gotten updates telling you it′s impossible to complete the quests, thereby ending them.

They are gone. I have tried the "moveto" command for Bralsa Andaren and I end up ease of Weatherleah estate looking at grass.
The destruction quest is still open in my list of open quests.
I have tried:
resurrect 0018B121

and get the error:

Script ‘SysWindowComplieAndRun’, line 1
Unknown variable ‘0018B121’ for parameter integer (optional)

I have also tried
resurrect 0018B121 1

You can't do resurrect that way.

You need to enable that ID first, because the dead person has been removed from the world. "Resurrect" is used directly; click on the dead person, and type the command.

Edit: I'm not sure that's going to help you, if the quest has been marked as not completable.

Yes I did suspect that. Has been some time now since I had to bring someone back to life :thumbsup:

You could try the following two commands:

PRID 0018B121
resurrect

Then if it worked

player.moveto 0018B121

Should transport you to her.

None of those worked. I tried ‘enable’, then ‘resurrect’, then the ‘prid’. The ‘resurrect’ command still give me the error message. The ‘enable’ and ‘prid’ commands give me a line of text at the top of the screen with the name and REFID. The ‘moveto’ command takes me to a location but no one is there. I suspect these only work when the body is still present and not gone. Thanks for all the help.

prid and resurrect need to be done in the order above. Sounds like you did them backwards.

prid just sets the target for the next command.

Bralsa is a named NPC so is likely still in the world so you probably don't need "enable" and it may have some bad effects if you use it.


If you set her as the target with "prid", then type "resurrect" with not parameters she should be alive. Then after that if you do a player.moveto with her ref id you should appear next to her.
