Details on Brotherhood of Steel to be unveiled on GTTV : Fallout: New Vegas

The Brotherhood of Steel operating in the Mojave Wastes should be radically different from the Brotherhood on the East Coast. For one thing, they should have more advanced power armor than the T-45d model, namely the T-51b. But they should also have warriors armed in advanced combat armor because in the original games it was mainly the Paladins who were armed with Power Armor while the Knights were given combat armor and even operated more civilian roles such as manufacturing equipment.

You have a point, I want to see or at least have a clue as to what exactly their role in New Vegas is.

I would prefer if the story would start going towards the Reconstruction phase of Post Apocalyptia, yes. A shift in that direction to move the timeline along an actual route. Feel free to disagree with me on that front.
I'm not too sure abotu the Man-Shaped Ice Cream dispenser...even more so that the flavor is chocolate.

That was what I was refering too, and I wouldnt mind being able to get my hands on the New Vegas version if it comes over at all.

Can't believe a mod didn't complain about the offtopicness. O_o

And of course they had to give us something about the brotherhood of steel because they're not getting on my nerves anymore...
Why couldn't they give us information about something interesting like House or Cesar's Legion, maybe that mafia group or hell just a little more on the cazador?

Well, mods seem to exercise the "light touch". Since there's barely anything left to talk about, they look the other way when garbage piles up, or else people might notice the forum is getting light on words.

BoS are minor players in NV, so it's easier to expose them. I'm also guessing (like a lot of you already are) they've been touched up to a point where they're actually cool and psychotically decisively lawful (which is morally intriguing on its own), so I'm looking forward to watching it.

Those are all bigger details than what's going on with the brotherhood of steel and the game doesn't come out for three months so they don't want to blow their wad on classified information.

Yeah, they're doing a bit on the BoS during the show (Friday night at 12:30 am... or technically Saturday morning). Putting up a blog post about it today.
