Hopefully it's true but the guy might have just said BoS because it was the only faction the guy knows of.

That can't be it, this isn't an interview and I'm sure they've had enough time to do their homework. It might be the devs confirming that Power Armor will once again make you and anybody else wearing it, a walking tank. And that it'll once again be rare.

I'll probably miss it considering I don't have Spike, but they always show their episodes online. Somebody will make a thread reminding me of it and they'll post a link too.

But I think the devs are just tired of having the forums clogged up with us bickering about it.

I got to admit, I will be disappointed in Obsidian if they tell us that power armor will once again be like FO3's, but that still wouldn't stop me from buying the game and enjoying it.

I still have a long list of potential rant threads that will likely pop up within the first week, and Power Armor is one of the many topics at the top of the list, followed by the obligatory "hardcoe Mode not so hardcoe", "Obsidian, why hath thou forsaken me?", and "Why????".

The Brotherhood of Steel operating in the Mojave Wastes should be radically different from the Brotherhood on the East Coast. For one thing, they should have more advanced power armor than the T-45d model, namely the T-51b. But they should also have warriors armed in advanced combat armor because in the original games it was mainly the Paladins who were armed with Power Armor while the Knights were given combat armor and even operated more civilian roles such as manufacturing equipment.

It's also important to note that they don't share the idealistic views of Elder Lyons who sought to help the people of the Capital Wasteland but rather a more isolationist policy. In short, they should be more like the Outcasts than Lyons soldiers, something made even more possible by the fact that, according to certified sources, they just recently had a war with the NCR.

It is certaintly known that they are in some sort of conflict, whether amongst themselves or against the NCR once again is currently unknown. Whatever it was must have been pretty big to have the descendent of Maxson sent to the East Coast. Then again it has been three years...

In short, simply gaining the trust of the Brotherhood should be a small mountain to climb. But the equipment they might have to reward us with would be awesome.

"Power Armor is too big"

Actually I might complain that it's not big enough, in FO1 you looked twice the size of normal people with the power armor on. While in FO3 you were slightly bigger.

I think we could make a list a mile long and expect to see every one the week after release.

The list really writes itself. Just take any possible complaint. However, the best ones are the ones that have reasonable and logical solutions, but people still rant and rave.

"Why does the game have an ending?"

You know, an ending, just like almost all games, all movies, and all books.
