Also now up on Planet Elder Scrolls!
But not patched. Which is fine I guess, you'll only need it if you ever got to the end of the main quest, which I don't anyone has yet.

Oh my god.

It is finally out, and it looks incredible. I am downloading while shedding manly tears of joy.

I love you Trainwiz.

PLayed through the beginning, just joined the rebels. Very nicely done, as far as I can tell. Amazing work on this.

Working on it, dunno if I should re-release the entire thing, or just have a little tiny patch

Three things spring to mind.

  • THIS is Omicron: http://www.justadventure.com/reviews/Omikron/screen05.jpg http://pcmedia.ign.com/media/reviews/image/omikron001_640w.jpg http://www.game-over.net/review/nov99/omikron/Screen2.JPG
  • F-F-F-FRAME KILLER!!!
  • Oooh! Are those parts of the old "Canyon City" resource I see?

Surprisingly, the framerate isn't that bad, if you aren't using MGE, or any texture packs, you'll get a pretty smooth FPS, least if you've got a half-decent computer.

And yes, it is Canyon City! But fixed up and playable.

Looks very cool. I will have to pull out my MW CD again.

One question tho....what is the soundtrack on your trailer. That is a fun piece of music.

Does it say anywhere that the sewer is in Warehouse 2 at the start? I wasn't looking in any of those buildings due to the fact that you straigh out said that buildings would not be finished so I thought it was just some mindless building. Only until Trainwis made walk through did I know where to go.

It never says outright, I wanted people to look around, to discover some of the quests.

As for the music, it's Prof. Pumplestickle, by Two Steps from Hell

I know about the conflicts with anything north of Sheogorad, but what about conflicts with Vvardenfell itself? I recall earlier talk about stuff added to the Dagoth Ur facilities region... would that conflict with, say, Greater Dwemer Ruins? That sort of thing?

No actually, nothing is added to Dagoth Ur, the things modified in Vvardenfell are a small portion east of Khuul, for a dungeon, then the Ald-Ruhn Mage's Guild, and also Arkngthand's Deep Ore Passage. Past that nothing is truly remodelled, and it works fine with GDR

A little too futuristic sounding for me...I stick to middle ages type mods.
