In the Google Play Store it comes up as "WIND Mobile Samsung Galaxy Nexus" and says the game is not compatible with my phone, despite it fulfilling all the requirements I can find for the game to run - valid Wifi connection, valid SIM card, 1 GB ram, and at least Android 4.1.
I have also been redirected twice before coming here, both times with extremely unhelpful e-mails from Bethesda support, and I have been waiting to play this game since it was announced. I understand you may be busy, but my frustration is mounting, first because your support staff could not even marginally attempt to help me over e-mail (why have a support e-mail if you just redirect people to the forums?) and secondly because there is no reason I can find as to why my device is incompatible with the game.
